My first job was to survey the site, then develop the initial concepts through sketches and rough 3D models. Once that was approved, I produced Autocad plans and sections of the building, moving into 3D modelling the whole structure, alongside taking site photography for 360 panoramas and backplates. 

Next, I produced a set of interior & exterior photorealistic renderings that showed the potential of the building on the proposed location which helped secure financing. 

These CG images also allowed the client to sell lease space ahead of the construction phase.

These renderings helped secure 75% of leased space before any ground was broken.

The first floor housed a recording studio and live space with artist green room located above the control room. The rest of the floors were for commercial lease.
